Our Most Recent Sermon Series

February Preaching Series: “God Takes Sides”

February Preaching Series Graphic

This February, we will journey through Scripture to uncover a powerful and often uncomfortable truth: God takes sides. From the cries of enslaved Israelites in Egypt to the prophetic calls for justice, and from the ministry of Jesus to the hope of a liberated future, the Bible reveals a God who hears the oppressed, confronts injustice, and interrupts systems of harm.

This preaching series explores foundational liberation texts that have sustained Black faith across generations—texts that remind us God is not neutral in the face of suffering and that faith is inseparable from justice, dignity, and community responsibility.

Together, we will wrestle with Scripture, connect ancient truths to modern realities, and reclaim a faith that speaks to freedom, hope, and collective liberation.

Join us this February as we declare boldly:
God saw. God heard. God came down. And God still takes sides.

January Sermon Series: New Year’s Resolution

January Sermon Series Graphic

A new year invites reflection—but true transformation comes from renewed surrender to God. Throughout January, we will journey together in our sermon series New Year’s Resolution, exploring what it means to experience spiritual renewal that goes deeper than temporary promises or surface change.

This series challenges us to root our identity in Christ, realign our priorities around God’s kingdom, cultivate faithful habits, and press forward with perseverance. Each week builds upon the next, reminding us that spiritual growth is not about perfection, but about daily faithfulness and intentional commitment to what God is doing within us.

Join us as we begin the year not with empty resolutions, but with hearts open to revelation, repentance, and responsibility—trusting God to finish the good work He has begun.
